I was introduced to this company by home depot ONE MONTH AGO!!. My ac stopped working right as summer started, they came and gave a $15,000 estimate for new inside unit and outside unit, but stated they wouldn't check the ducts. The sales man insured me that the unit I was purchasing was big enough to cool my entire house and that it was energy efficient. They said they could come next day and install. I got an estimate the day prior from Ellis air for $8,000 but they didn't know when they could install due to product shortage. I chose to use ARS. 3 days after install I had to call them because my floor around the unit was soaked. They came next day and said no one sealed the drip pan. They added an entire roll of tape that day! I had to call back again 2 weeks later because I went on vacation and when I came home it was 90 in my house, I called they came out next day and said the thermostat noticed we were away and completely shut off!!! Yesterday my ac was set to 77 and ran all day long trying to get there but never got cooler than 80. I called for them to come out and she said it would be 2 days, I said no ma'am I purchased this 1 month ago and my warranty states service within 24 hours! She said she would put it in the notes..... No one came today. My ac is set at 80 and it's 80 in here yet my unit is still constantly running!!!!***UPDATE**** 3 WEEKS LATER THIS STILL ISNT RESOLVED!!!!
