We had a really good experience with Max Electrical Services. They return calls and show up when they say they will. On the scheduled day the owner/supervisor arrived with a two man team. He made sure that we were all clear on the placement of lights and a fan. At that time he left and the two technicians took over. They really worked well together and completed the job with a minimum of drywall cutting. We were really impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Max Electrical Services on how to conduct a business.

Would definitely recommend. Easy to schedule, good customer service, prompt, friendly, very professional. There was a conflict where they had to reschedule for the following day and kindly offered a discount. The tech (electrician?), Bon Lafayette, was friendly and very professional. I appreciate that he wore his mask, gloves, and booties the whole time and brought a drop cloth for protective covering and ease of cleanup. He communicated well to set expectations on cost and timeframe for completion. The cost was higher than I expected it to be to remove and replace four light fixtures, but the service was good. I would call them again.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Nice people in the field and good quality work, but since the company was acquired by Southern HVAC the prices seem to have skyrocketed. They installed our new HVAC system less then 7 years ago. It failed and we called them again. After testing it was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, luckily it was still covered by warranty. However, just the 3-hour job by a single tech costed nearly $3K, that's a $1K/hr. BTW, the national average for this job is about half of this.

Michael saved our day. AC went out because of a bad breaker. Came out next day, arrived in the window he quoted, and got it done. Super friendly, super knowledgeable guy. Thank you so much Michael!

We had such a great experience with Aaron and bedwell electric. We an electrical outlet issue that really needed to be fixed. It was easy to get him over, diagnosed the problem, now the outlet works great and we’ve had no further issues. Aaron also was priced much better than a lot of the other companies we’ve used. Can’t recommend his company enough.
