Very professional and friendly company work with. They came out early next day to help me fix a GFCI issue. On time, polite and absolutely know what they were doing. 100% will use them next time we need electrical help.

Ok here is the scoop. Called several electric companies to do some work for me, actually change all the old lights and put new ones. I cannot say how happy and satisfied I was with their service, from the receptionist Tina to Tom for the estimate and Eric for prompt communication, not leaving out Clayton who installed the lights with the help of Tom.One thing which is very important to me is doing the work on time as it was during operating hours.I would recommend Dial One any time.Thank-you, dial one for making my store look bright.Mike GoswamiTHE UPS STORE # 2344

They were very reasonably priced, were able to come out and install my ceiling fan the same day. They were very fast and didn’t leave a big mess. I plan on using them to replace a few more of my fans and I’m sure they’re great for any electrical need. Definitely A+ service!

I needed a charger outlet installed for my car. Jonathan quoted me a fair price, arrived on time, and did great work. I will be a repeat customer, thanks!

There are hundreds of electricians in Austin so I'm glad I chose to hire Bryant Electric. I called on a Tuesday after my refrigerator and microwave were fried during a storm (presumable a power surge). Jeff told me they could come out on Thursday morning between 8-10am. To my disbelief, the technician showed up at 8am EXACTLY. Anyone who hires service work to their house knows how rare it is for a technician to show up on time! was presented with three options to fix the problem, and I chose the middle road option. Still came with a warranty which is nice. Thanks Bryant!!!

The electrician very knowledgeable and professional however there was nothing wrong with my switch, it was something else and they have this fee that set me back 150 dollars just for this little check up, wish they would have tell me when I set the appointment.

This was a whole home circuit breaker. I was surprised that the installation took less than a half an hour i think.

This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.
