Best E V Charging Station in Austin TX

Very quick and very friendly. Were able to get me on the schedule and my electric needs fixed within days (wasn't an emergency).

William did good work for me about 5 years ago, so I called him about trouble with the bathroom heater. He came out to do an estimate but ended up resolving most of the problem (mainly noise) and saying the heater did not need replacing. So honest. No charge. He's a little slow answering email sometimes, but worth the wait.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Glass and Forrest did a great AC/Furnace installation. They were professional, courteous and efficient.

Had to re-wire 240 circuit for a double oven replacement. Tricky install from an interior wall to the main breaker box. Original wiring by builder was improper gauge. Tim Tuttle did a great job and was very very thorough. Very happy with the job!

We had the best experience using Nealco! After contacting multiple companies to come add a new plug on our back patio they either wouldn’t call us back or would not show up.
