We called Malco Electric to replace our electrical panel after two separate recommendations from family and our realtor. We were impressed from the start when Randy, the owner, came out to our house to give an estimate - and the man is beyond gregarious. Unlike the other companies we called, Randy noted the need to ground the new panel. We were also anticipating a months-long wait time due to city permitting turnarounds but Randy also offered us an alternative to that - we had to move out for a couple weeks but are so grateful to Randy for thinking outside the box for us. Once we decided to move forward with the work, Randy called me almost daily with updates from the city from the time the power was shut off until we got word that the work was approved and electricity would be turned back on. The day the work was done (yes, just one day for a full panel upgrade), Randy was out there with his guys getting his hands dirty. We appreciated the excellent work and the customer service and we plan to use Malco Electric for all our future electrical needs.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Global Electric is now my go to company for whatever work I need done. I ended up with a lot of water and electrical damage last February 2021, during the big freeze. I was an employee for all of 12 days i was hired to be a warehouse manager, i was interviewed 2 times the 2nd interview was two and a half hours long with a senior VP. at which time i told them i had virtually no computer experience.They said we pride ourselves on training !!!!!!So when they made me a offer of employment i accepted.The man that was to train me was the warehouse manager who was being moved to a feild position anyway the first 6 days he had me work on the prefab crew and said he would show me the computer part of the job when my computer came in. We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

Joe Rizzo and his team finished the installation of our generac generator after our electricians left the job half finished on our new home. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We got to put the system to the test 2/2023 and it worked perfectly. It automatically started on three separate times and each time worked seamlessly. Kept our family and several friends and neighbors warm during the outages.Highly recommend Joe to anyone considering installing a generator at their home.
