He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Be very careful with this contractor. He was called out to give us a bid for work on one of our properties. He was onsite for about fifteen minutes and did not do anything but look. He then billed us for work he did and when we refused to pay he threatened us with a lien. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.
