Best Commercial Electrical Needs in Austin TX

Whole company has perfect customer service, request appointment online just few hours later I got call back, schedule appointment in coming week, also they will offer me an early appointment if they have openings. And then today the day before the scheduled, I got call back they filled me in , also 30mins service remind with Technician info in email. When the electrician comes, they wearing mask with checking list, try to knowledge me everything, try to explain every question I have. No push sale!! everything done nicely in same day. After service 30mins later receive a follow up phone call. Whole process is so smooth, professional and responsive. I would give them 5 star, 100% recommended.Forgot mention the name, Joe LaCombe and his coworker help me out today! Really appreciate.

Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

Called Malco because we were having some issues with tripped outlets. Our house is older and we knew we needed some electrical work done. They sent Cody and he was fantastic. He checked everything and gave us multiple options of how to get the work done. Once agreed, he showed up on time and he came in even a little under the original quote! His work was great and ai will definitely be calling them if we need electrical work in the future!

Steven responded quickly to my request. He made an appointment to give me a bid and was ready to perform the service the same day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied. Highly recommended.

I called Remedy Electric to work on some outlets in the kitchen of a home my clients are buying. Remedy Electric started the work quickly, arrived on time, and gave me an exact price. You do not find that these days. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew exactly What to do. He was in and out quickly. As a Realtor, I appreciate quality, responsiveness, punctuality and, of course, value. I will definitely be calling them again.

We had some commercial electrical work done. Jonathan and Mindy were very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed on time and within budget. We would hire Jonathan and his team for our electrical needs again.

The Installers are decent tradesman but their Manager has serious anger issues. Stacey is known for yelling and disrespecting Customers and in-turn rubs off on the Installers creating a hostile work environment. Don't expect customer service or civil treatment from the Management regardless of how big the contract is, there are many other companies that know how to provide customer service, definitely NOT Epic.

These guys are professional and know what they are doing. They removed 3 panels for us, and replaced with one big panel with all the wiring coming together. Left the place nice.I would use them again when needed.
