I assume they have astronomical rates for a reason. I called for quote to install a power outlet inside my home, fully aware of the quote fee. The electrician shows up and quotes me $450.00 for the job. $450.00 for a simple indoor power outlet. Doesn’t offer an explanation as the why it’s so expensive but happily takes the quote fee and leaves. I’ve contacted another business that quoted the job at half the cost since dealing with this. Just be warned that they price gouge and have no qualms scaring customers away with their ridiculous quotes, just to collect there quote fee.

He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Prompt communication was always professional. All my questions throughout the completion of my project were addressed. I called for a breaker that wasn’t working, they sent someone out that day. They identified the problem and ordered the breaker they needed. No charge at that time and they came back in a couple of days to reinstall on time as planned. In addition to replacing the breaker, they gave details on the problem and tightened all the screws and checked the wires in my electrical box. They have also done work for some neighbors and my brother all have had great experiences with them. Highly recommend!!

I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.
