I requested an appointment to receive an estimate for soffit lighting. The tech was on time and wanted to identify the location of where I wanted lights and the number of lights. Unfortunately, due to the makeup of our home, I was told the location of the lights would be very difficult and without room for error installing them. The tech contacted his superior and also took pics to ensure that he was telling me the correct information. I will say that the tech was courteous and professional however I think for my job, it required someone with more expertise due to the issues that were explained. I did like that the tech was upfront and honest about the job and thoroughly checked our attic,, took pics, and contacted other more experienced individuals to properly diagnose possibilities.
