Excellent. The technician arrived on time and was able to fix the issue without a problem.

This company came out within three hours of me calling and saying my AC was broken. They worked within my needed time frame and were both on time and on task! The two men that came out were very friendly and worked very well as a team to fix the problem. They assessed what was broken and had the piece on hand, so my AC was working in about two hours and was fixed at a reasonable price. I would absolutely call this company again for any AC or other needs since I felt the business is very well run and the employees mentioned being paid well and being happy with their jobs. Highly recommended!

Yesterday my children were playing in the living room of my house and they damaged my air conditioning thermostat, fortunately Turbo offers an excellent serviceRepair, my air conditioning was repaired and like new.

I had a terrible experience just getting them to show up. I called with a clogged sink and it was sort of an emergency, since I had a party going on. They told me they'd have someone out between 3 and 7p. That's a really wide window, but OK free same-day services is awesome! They called me around 3:15p, which I missed because I didn't hear my phone in the party. I returned the call in about 10 mins, at which point they told me the tech had already moved on to the next job, but that they would send him back to me when he was done. At 6, I called back to inquire about where the plumber was. I was the next on the list, and he would be back with me within the hour. At 7, I could no longer get a hold of dispatch, but the main number promised the technician would be paged and I'd get a call back. At 8, again the promise to page the tech. At 9, I was upset and they PROMISED he'd call me soon. I went to bed at 10p. I called in the morning at 8:30 am to ask if they wanted my business or not and they told me they'd call me back with a window. I told them not to bother, apparently their phones don't work.
