Had 3 receptacles not working. Electricians arrived and had them working 45 min later. Both guys were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys. Good job

I was told on two separate occasions to wait for a technician. The first day I was asked to wait from 1pm-5pm. The tech showed up around 5:30 complaining that he had been screwed over by a lady in his office by being told last minute about my appointment even though I had called in the morning. I needed security cameras installed, so he removed my outside light fixtures but brought a ladder that was too short and said he would need longer nails. The next day I was given another time frame, and he still did not show. I called and he later called me back saying he had looked around for long enough nails but couldn’t find them and said he would try on Monday, which I declined. The communication was terrible with them and I was left with my outside light fixtures being left on my kitchen countertops, exposed wires outside my home, and nothing done. It was very apparent that I was seen as more of an inconvenience to the technician as opposed to a customer he really wanted to help. I would not recommend them at all.

In Response To the Owner: The technician showed up and wanted to screw the fixtures themselves directly into the house. He never attempted to affix the lights mounting bracket to the home, before attempting to connect the light. This is a basic step that even YouTube explains. I had a different company come out and install them with ONLY the parts that came with them in the box. Additional screws were NOT needed. This technician was very vocal about how inconvenient it was, especially considering it was a Friday night. I hate to write bad reviews, but this was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

Excellent company and excellent employees. We recently purchased a home that had several repairs and maintenance items needed based on the inspection. Honey Do addressed them all and repaired in a timely manner. There was clear and timely communication throughout each step of the various projects. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable of the necessary repairs. They even went above and beyond the necessary repair on one item in order to avoid any issues in the future.

I definitely recommend them and will call them whenever I have a repair or maintenance need.

Such a great experience

I have used Beaches Electrical for several years, and they've never disappointed me. Some of the jobs have been smaller than others, but I find that they are always fair in pricing their services, do a great job, and are a personable and very amiable group of technicians! Frankly, I wouldn't even consider giving any other company my electrical work. Excellent!

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
