I am posting this because 3 days ago I was side-swiped by a Lin's Electric van. I caught it all on my GoPro. I was on a bicycle and the van never stopped. It was a hit and run. I have tried getting in contact with them and there was no response. I wanted a simple apology yet instead I am now going to be forced to turn over the evidence to JSO tomorrow.

Had a new exterior outlet installed. Very happy with the quote and the service. On time, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Howard Electrical.

Matt was quick and squeezed us in at the end of the day the day we spoke. Had some wiring that needed to be brought up to code to close on our sale.

They could not put the dehumidifier thermostat on the wall straight. It was obvious they stained the carpet because the grease stains were just outside their canvas. Also the rest of the carpet was clean. When I pointed out the stain, he said, Did we do that? He took a pic and reported stains but they have never sent anyone out to clean the carpet (even though I have called the office about this.) The team started out polite, but then they try to work through lunch, and got grumpy by 2 in the afternoon. By then they were rolling his eyes at each other when I asked questions. At the very end of the work, they were polite again. Overall I am not knowledgeable about AC installation, so I don't know if overall they did an acceptable job. I do know that generally how people do the small things (like put a thermastat on the wall crooked) is likely how they did the big things. I was very disappointed.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I will certainly call All American Electrical whenever I need any electric services! - Adam

During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.
At that point, I had 3 other electrical companies come out for evaluation and quote.
Mansfield was the cheapest and the least invasive. The other companies told me they would need to cut thorough my concrete-plaster walls - which I would need to repair myself. This was something I didn’t want to do, but I was starting to believe this was my only option.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.

Was in traffic off of Peacan Park Rd for about 30 min. The line was very long. Here comes one of your drivers cutting everyone off. He pulled through , drove on the grass, almost hitting another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle honked at him and your employee shot him a bird. Very unprofessional!!!
