Over charged for simple duties. Used this company for HVAC and Electrical and they charged me ridiculous prices in both departments. Almost double what I would have paid an honest contractor that's also licensed and insured. This company is not for working class citizens. Do not call unless you're filthy rich! My family hasn't found an alternative company for Electrical work yet but I recommend James Strickland for HVAC duties; honest and affordable contractor.

He came in with two other technicians and replaced an old Lennox HVAC system with a new Carrier HVAC system. They all were organized, neat and on time. Their professionalism was remarkable.

This was a good experience. In November 2021 a blue tube UV light was installed in my AC unit. It did not function correctly. In fact it may not have worked for the entire time it had been said in place. I was ready to have it removed and not replaced. I was concerned about the detrimental effects that the blue tube UV light might have on my unit. However, the technician Philip explained that the accessory he was installing was a more reliable product than the one he removed. I decided to go with his recommendation. I hope this will prove to be the correct choice.
