Advance Electric of N. Florida is a top notch electrical company that performs electrical services for residential and commercial buildings in Jacksonville. We are a small licensed general contracting firm, originally from Miami and we spent the last two years developing an upscale concrete block home and unattached garage on the St. John's River. Originally we hired another company to pull the permit and complete the job. Unfortunately the owner disappeared in the middle of the project.
We scrambled to locate another company that would be willing to undertake the previous contractor's work and pull a new permit. Brice of Advance Electric came out and gave us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He sent out Paul, the company's top technician. Paul attacked each part of the job with success, effortlessly. Not only that, he was very polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. The company did what they would say they would do, supplied the materials and now everything works as it should. We were very happy with our experience with Advance Electric of N. FL. and we can say without reservation that they are one of the best companies that we have ever worked with.

I had a electrical issue in the bathrooms, and MATTHEW and partner came out , to fix the problem. MATTHEW was wonderful, as he understood due to my husband chronic health condition, it wasn't so much getting the plug fixed, it was offering him reassurance that we could re establish his routine.
So thank you , for your timeliness, your excellence, and care in getting the job done. this is not the first time i have used this company , and each and everytime, every electrician has been exceptional, but MATTHEW is truly the cream of the crop. OUTSTANDING.

Awesome company. I called them with an urgent need as I was selling a home that needed to be on the market in less than a week. They got out their within 24 hours and did all I needed and more. Their pricing was incredibly fair and way better than anyone else I talked to. They go the job done and did it nicely. John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. I highly recommend Elite, and especially John Keaton!

I would give more than five stars if I could. I called and spoke to Bruce, and he managed to fit me in right away. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time at all. I like to support local businesses if I can, and I will definitely be using B & C Electrical for any future electrical service needs.

Our neighbor recommended All American Electrical to us since we were wanting to have pendant lights put in our kitchen. The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Company never came

Due to my previous Gmail account being hacked, it appears that my review from September 2021 has disappeared.
From my very first interaction with the Jacksonville East location, I felt confident that my search for a handyman was finally over! Upon receiving my online request, a very warm and friendly Michelle Wilson, followed up via phone to discuss. She listened intently and with empathy to make sure she could offer me the best plan of action.
She scheduled Mason to come by within 24-48 hours to provide an estimate for the work. Mason was professional, genuine and friendly. He carefully listened to my animated stories of my wish list. He repeated the list and asked pertinent questions to ensure we were on the same page. Therefore ensuring I could be provided the best scenario for completion.
Within 24 hours, Scott Wilson called to arrange a date for my wish list of “honey do” items. Scott spoke very highly of his team and wanted me to ensure I felt confident they would handle my needs with the best of care. One week later, Joey was scheduled and arrived to complete the list. He too was professional, diligent, friendly and a good steward of his time. I noticed the extra care he applied to even the menial items on my list.
I could not be more pleased with every aspect and employee I dealt with. The personal touches of prompt follow up by Scott and Michelle definitely made a lasting impression on me. I will be choosing to use them for any future “honey do” items.

Staff was very professional and on time. They installed light fixtures and fan within an hour. When they called their office for the final bill and to charge my card , they tried to charge me double of what was quoted first. I questioned the price given and they revised it. Not a very good practice in my opinion . Won’t call them again .

Post edited to reply to the business Answer . That is not exactly true .... I call a first time to make an appointment because no other businesses could , yes you did accommodate . Then I called a second time , not to add more work but to know how much time was allocated to me. Get your facts straight and stick to the quote that was given with no extra Work added if you want to keep your customers ...

Did not honor their agreement even though paid upfront and estimated they are getting 400 per hr to not honor the contract.
