Samuel was great! After an initial quote from another local company, I called Donovan for a second opinion. Samuel took the time to go more in depth on the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. The first company told us we needed to replace the entire unit (quote of $15,000). Donovan saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Will definitely be using Donovans from now on.

UPDATE: Our water heater had a manufacture error. The company came out and worked to fix the issue before it was determined that the system needed to be replaced. They got the new one installed very quick. This company is the best!!!!This company is awesome! They returned our call immediately, showed up on time to the appointment for the estimate, and emailed us the estimate that afternoon. The pricing was very reasonable and they were able to schedule us within a few days. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished very well. Their work was excellent and the 4 guys who came out to perform the work were professional and friendly. This is my go-to company now.
