I have used these guys commercially for a couple jobs now. They are always nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. Would recommend them every time.

Thompson electric came to replace my electric panel since I was selling my house and the insurance would not cover the original panel. I found out the replacement panel bought the company of my original panel and so it probably did not need to be replaced. In the process I asked the technicians if my antique mirror needed to be removed and they said no. It was way too heavy for me to lift by myself. I went grocery shopping and came back to find the filigree trim which was placed by hand was in pieces and the technicians improperly removed it from the wall by the trim instead of the frame and wire in the back. Needless to say, the mirror was damaged and will cost me over $400 to repair.

The owner was very rude on the phone and in an email I sent to him blaming me because I did not remove it before the techs got there. I live by myself and cannot lift a 50 pound mirror off a wall. He proceeded to tell me it was old and fell apart and mirrors online were only $250. Most of my friends and family told me not to pay until I had an estimate for repairs but as a good faith gesture I paid the bill less $225. After the techs left I researched mirrors and they were over $800. Once I received an estimate for repairs I sent the invoice to the company and asked for an additional $203. The owner sent me a nasty email and said I was to blame.

I have never had such terrible customer service from the owner of a company. I would advise anyone who uses this company do not leave your valuables alone with their techs either. This mirror has been in my family for over 3 generations and is not old nor cheap as this owner stated. It will be repaired but cannot be repaired to its original state. I regret I did not use the other company I was recommended. Live and learn I guess.

Maybe if your workers plan on driving recklessly, endandering children's lives, and giving women the middle finger in front of their children you should take your logo off of their vehicles.

I needed a light fixture wired correctly in my dining room. The technician arrived on site within a half hour of my call, fixed the wiring, and was in and out very quickly. I was very pleased with my experience.

We love Snyder BUT they couldn't give us a quote over the phone on replacing our regular doorbell with a smart door bell. The technician shows up, turns on his tablet, and quotes the estimate straight from his tablet!!! $376!!!! We thought the price was steep so we turned down the service. Snyder wants to charge us $75 for a service call when they could have given us the quote over the phone!!! We're waiting for them to call us back.BTW we love their A/C service and have bought 2 A/C units from them in the last 17 years.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.
