Quality Electric has been providing electrical service for my mobile home community since March 2022. This company is top flight and now a permanent addition to our contractor vendor list. Ram and Temika are just the nicest people to do business with and trust me I've seen some rough ones. Very fair and competive pricing. Their electricians and helpers are kind and respectful to my residents (huge) and leave the jobsite complete and clean. No worries about licensing, comp insurance, permits and inspections. During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.
At that point, I had 3 other electrical companies come out for evaluation and quote.
Mansfield was the cheapest and the least invasive. The other companies told me they would need to cut thorough my concrete-plaster walls - which I would need to repair myself. This was something I didn’t want to do, but I was starting to believe this was my only option.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Staff was very professional and on time. They installed light fixtures and fan within an hour. When they called their office for the final bill and to charge my card , they tried to charge me double of what was quoted first. I questioned the price given and they revised it. Not a very good practice in my opinion . Won’t call them again .

Post edited to reply to the business Answer . That is not exactly true .... I call a first time to make an appointment because no other businesses could , yes you did accommodate . Then I called a second time , not to add more work but to know how much time was allocated to me. Get your facts straight and stick to the quote that was given with no extra Work added if you want to keep your customers ...

Was in traffic off of Peacan Park Rd for about 30 min. The line was very long. Here comes one of your drivers cutting everyone off. He pulled through , drove on the grass, almost hitting another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle honked at him and your employee shot him a bird. Very unprofessional!!!
