No call no show..scheduled for someone to come out for a free estimate over a week in advance to the appt. I called 40 minutes after the four hour appointment window time given, your rep stated the work showed complete on a previous date. Rep stated she was going to call the electrician and call me right back. Never received a return phone call.

Response to Owner's Response: We've received calls from you or another representative from your company asking for me to remove my poor review, rather than getting someone out to do the work that I initially requested. Like we stated on the phone, I'm confused how your electrician just showed up to some random address and did work that didn't match what was on the work order. For one, your rep in the office had to confirm my address on Google Maps before they would schedule the appointment. In addition, she asked specifically what I wanted done and stated the electrician would have to give me and estimate prior to the work being done. This was over three weeks ago...I've already had another company come out who completed the work when scheduled. You made a comment that you know I would go with your company because you had the best prices...even if that was true, I would rather pay a more reliable company a little more to do the work, then to deal with the headache of dealing with yours. If you want better reviews, be more professional and provide better customer service.

They were prompt and efficient, however, I think the price of $540 was very high, especially considering the work took all of 30 minutes. They also neglected to sweep up the mess they left in my hallway. I would not use again.
RESPONSE to Thompson Response: The crews did sit outside the house for a while after completing the work so your GPS tracking probably registers them being here for 45-50 minutes.
As I mentioned on the phone, I cleaned up your electrician's mess. Minimal or not, a tradesman should not leave a mess on the floor of someone's home.
You provided a quote prior to doing the work but refused to provide a breakdown. When we asked for a breakdown, you wouldn't provide one and said the price was so high due to labor. I assumed that the price would be lower if it turned out the job was not time intensive. Now you are telling me you don't advertise being the cheapest and that your price is higher because you have real people answering the phone and your servicemen don't look like homeless people. Seriously? Consumer BEWARE

John Micheal has been my go to HVAC guy for 4 years and helps keep my office and home cool throughout the year. They are always on time with fair pricing.

Called this morning to get help as my upstairs AC condensate drain was found broken INSIDE my wall where it makes the exit outside. Condensate draining inside a wall is a major mold risk. Samuel showed up same day, fixed the problem, and we’re back in business. I usually do business with Donovan anyway, but this is a good example of why I’m happy with them. Well done Donovan and Samuel!!

Snyder contacted me a few months after my service contract had inadvertently lapsed to remind me that my unused system inspection and maintenance included in that contract did NOT expire. They scheduled an appointment, were prompt, courteous, accommodating of my hearing impairment and ensured everything was working properly. They checked in with me on the way, with photo identification so I would know who to expect. They didn't rush, but they didn't waste their time. And they followed safety protocols. They were equally professional when they notified me that the job had been completed and they were leaving. This company has now installed and serviced systems for me in multiple properties. I see no reason to do business elsewhere.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.
