The rates were competitive. They had an appointment available next day. They 2 gentleman that assisted me Wesely and Gilmore were professional and quick. They even were willing to come back and investigate an immediate pop-up issue after they had left free of charge. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this company.

We are tenants in a commercial space and needed our service upgraded to 3 phase for a very expensive piece of CNC equipment we purchased. I was completely overwhelmed and stressed at the thought of having to get quotes and go through this.

In stepped Eric, Bryan, and the guys at Spectrum. Communication was spot on and responsive all the way through. They guided me to what I needed without over-doing it and killing my budget, the install was started and completed 2 days ahead of schedule (this is unheard of), and we sailed through inspection. When the inspector was there, he said, and I quote, Man, this is a clean looking install.

Needless to say, I can't recommend them enough. We already have plans in the works to have them add a service disconnect for another piece of equipment in a couple of months, and even my landlord has gotten in on the action and is using them next door in his building.

This company is both refreshing and amazing! I'd give 37 stars if it was an option.

Professional

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. I am very thankful for Hatchett Electrical!

This company has handled our business needs for years. Had an emergency that we thought at the moment was going to require their services. Later on we discovered it was our machinery, however; the owner called us back immediately ready to help. We will continue to use them due to their superb customer serrvice.

Kind and Professional

Volt is truly the best of the best in Jacksonville. They are responsive, punctual, kind, and very knowledgeable. Unlike many other companies we’ve tried, they can do basically anything (assemble a complicated Turkish lamp) and pay attention to the little details (like actually testing if things work after install!). We’ve called on them for many years and will continue to do so!

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
