Very disappointed in the service we received from the technician. After reading the great reviews, I expected a lot more. I was happy with how quickly they could come out as they were able to come out two days after I called. We had a bedroom where the ceiling fan/light stopped working. The technician tried the remote and light switch and said I needed a new receiver for the fan. He didn't look at it or check our power to the room until I told him we didn't think there was power coming to the switch. So he did take the plate off and said it was fine. He was here about 10 minutes. We purchased a receiver as he suggested but it didn't fix the problem. We called a different electrician who found the problem right away. The dimmer switch was bad. He replaced it and now the fan and light are working perfectly. So, not only did the technician not find the problem, but he suggested we purchase an item we didn't need. I feel like we were his last appointment of the day and he just wanted to be done.
