I called Mr. Sparky looking for same day service. They were able to send someone out within two hours. I was surprised and very happy for their response. Everyone I talked to on the phone was extremely professional and polite. Then our electrician, Mark, showed up on time and was very professional, and explained not only what the problem was, but explained how it was that he was going to fix the issue. His main concern was the safety of our house because we had had a power surge that had affected a couple outlets. I appreciate his concern for the long-term issue. I can’t say enough how much we appreciated Marks help. He was very thorough, cleaned up when the job was finished, and kept us informed along the way as to what was happening. Because of my excellent experience with Mark and Mr. Sparky, I will be calling them again for other electrical needs that we have. I gave them a five star review, but if there were more stars, I would give them a 10 star review.

Our HVAC system was ailing and Godby did a fantastic job from top to bottom. They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable - actually the lowest bid we received on the job. Install was professional, quick, thoughtful with regards to our family's space and time. The unit works incredibly well, and the follow-up customer service has been excellent as well. Highly recommend Godby.

We used Marshall electric for several times. Last time I called them to look the light on my driveway. Because I trusted them I didn't ask for the price. But they billed me $650 for just looking around & check the lights! They sent 2 men for that and had me paid for both!
No more this company! So outrageous!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! THEY CAME INTO MY HOME AND “FIXED” MY ISSUE NOT BEFORE BREAKING A 400 PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND NOT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING!! SO I AM EXPERIENCING THE EXACT SAME ISSUE AND TRIED TO TALK TO THE SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! SO I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! CALLED ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN AND THEY LAUGHED WHEN I TOLD THEM WHO I CALLED OUT THE FIRST TIME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FRYE ELECTRIC! THEY ONLY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO PIT IT ON THERE TO SEND THIS!! THE RESPONSE GIVE DOES NOT JUSTIFY YOUR COMPANY BREAKING A 400 DOLLAR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND THEN NOT SAYING INE WORD UNTIL I NOTICED IT!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! TRIED TO TALK TO ALL PEOPLE IN CHARGE AND WAS PLACED ON A SPEAKER PHONE SO ENTERTAINMENT FOR YOUR STAFF! THEN BEING HUNG UP ON AND TALKED TO RUDELY!! I WILL CONTINUE TO LET THE WORLD KNOW HOW TERRIBLE YOUR SERVICE IS. APPARENTLY SOME OF THE WORLD ALREADY KNEW! YOU KEEP SAYING A TV STAND BUT I HAVE A RECEIPT STATING EXACTLY HOW MUCH IT COST!!
