I've been incredibly happy with Noah and his team. We've had them out twice in the past 2 months or so and I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a third project.

He has been very responsive to our requests and communicated his estimates clearly. On my second project Justin noticed a minor issue with a light switch and went ahead and took care of that even though it wasn't part of the original project.

In my two projects so far, one with Noah and one with Justin, they have been very clean and left the area much like they found it.

Of all the contracting companies I've had out for various things (plumbers, hvac, construction) Branch has by far been the best experience. I've not had to have them out multiple times because they initially misdiagnosed an issue or underestimated the work involved. While I'm sure it may happen from time to time it feels like the exception rather than the rule.

Overall I would say this is absolutely the kind of small business I would never hesitate to use and that's certainly important when it comes to working on potentially dangerous utilities inside the home!

Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Good work at a far price

Gaylor Electric did a bang-up job at my industrial site. They know their stuff and get the job done quickly. If you need some industrial electrical work in Ohio, take my word, these guys are the ones to call!

John King came out Friday to look an estimate a job for me. It was a very simple job dealing with putting electric up for a small camper. He was supposed to get me the estimate by the end of Friday evening. I explained to him that I needed the job done immediately and he said the earliest he could be was Tuesday. Tuesday came and I have not heard anything from him so I called. The receptionist acted like she had no idea what was going on but she must have spoke with him because Wednesday morning finally I received an estimate from John King. Tuesday I had another electrician cite the job and give me an on the site estimate. After time and material I was looking at about just under $500. John King quote was for $1,100! Thank you John King for being very late and having me wait patiently for absolutely no reason!

We experienced great service from Justin and another electrician that came with him. They installed a pole light, figured out why multiple outlets and a carriage light weren't working, and installed a lighting fixture on our vaulted ceilings. All of this was done at a very fair price. We'll be calling them up for any electrical needs we have in the future!

We spent almost $4k to have them wire our basement in our newly built home. During their visit, their crew spilled something oily in our driveway, and made a huge stain. The circumstances of their visit make them the only possible cause of the stain. I didn't think it was a big deal and simply asked them to clean it up. They were unable to, so I contacted the office. All I asked is that they clean it. The owner called me back and was extremely rude, refused to take ownership of the issue and said that if we can prove it was them, they'll take care of it. And hung up on me. Having spent that much money with their company and being treated so rudely over such a small issue, I am just in shock. I have NEVER written a business review before because I usually just roll with issues and fix them myself or most people will come to an understanding or do the right thing. Them making such a big deal over cleaning a stain blows my mind. He said he doesn't want to take ownership and get involved in legal stuff. Nice guy.... definitely wouldn't trust them again if this is the way they do business.

I've used Van Valer on several occasions. They are always quick, professional, and go that extra mile to listen and resolve the problem the best way for me. I called Van Valer about several electrical problems. They came out right away and gave me several options of when and how to fix the problems. It's extremely important for me to be able to rely on and trust any repairman in my home and with my wallet. I know I can trust Van Valer!
