I called at 8:05 AM in Monday morning and within 2 hours the tech had arrived and my problem was fully resolved and repaired to code. Joey was very professional and informative. He explained the repair and completed it quickly, and left no mess of any kind. This was supreme service and I am thrilled that I called Dowdy Electric to solve my problem. The electrician was prompt, communicative and polite. He installed the ceiling fan, explained how to maintain it and made certain it worked. My only concern was paying upfront, but that doesn't detract at all from the work that was done.
