I used them many time and had no problem until this last time. STAND OVER YOUR TECHNICIAN TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK FAST. I have 2 light to be changed and a bedroom ceiling fan to be replaced. Also a wall socked to be mounted but was not on there order when he got here. He was a new guy and it took him over 2 hours to replace the bedroom ceiling fan before I told him it was ok to move on. Took less the 10 min to replace the dinning room light. Took him over an hour to replace a motion light because he had to leave to get a part God knows where when there was an Ace Hardware walking distance. He was gone 40min. He had to call to get help many times. He was suppose to be here at 9:30 but got here at 12 and at 5 another guy had to come and help. But guess I was stuck with paying $578.00. I call them to let them know how I felt and lets just say the owner was acting like a child so I told him I was going to my bank to see if I could get half of what I paid back. They docked the paperwork and the bank refused to help. By the way the ceiling fan cannot be used on high because he never get it leveled out and it rocks. Do not have a conversation with them because they will talk their time but you will have to pay. Stand over them so they can get it done. Will never use them again.

I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.

Very professional and friendly. Will use these guys again. Very honest and handled everything so well from beginning to end. Cleaned up after he was done and did not leave my house a mess like many other guys would do.

Called Saturday morning. Got a call back within 15 minutes and my problem was fixed that day. And electrician that came out was super nice. Thanks Cross!

I first met Noah a couple years ago when we had our kitchen remodeled and was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and skill. Since that time,
1. He has given me advice on a couple of other issues; rather than come out, repair the problem and charge me a service fee to take something simple, he told me what I needed to do.
2. When I needed information regarding current electrical code as it applies to docks and the lake, he researched the issue and supplied me with a summary.
3. Today, he went above and beyond!!! I needed to have the electric meter (not just the box) refastened to the outside of the house because the guys that did the siding work failed to do so. I called him yesterday and since I wasn't comfortable working around those big wires, he volunteered to come today between his regularly scheduled jobs and there would be no charge since it was a simple fix. However, it turned out not to be an easy project and it took much more time than he initially thought, plus it was really cold and windy! The work was completed, all is good and, although I wanted to pay him, he still didn't charge me. This speaks highly of the man and I very grateful for his help.

Andy and the staff did a great job.
