John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I needed help with a breaker that kept tripping. The electrician arrived, asked me a few questions, and found the short in the wiring within 5 minutes. Then he fixed it, and offered to do any other electrical work for free since he had time left open for the service call. Great service!
