He let me know, in detail, what was wrong & what I needed to do in order to get the job done correctly. He explained everything clearly so I would understand. I had an electrical issue and they sent our this young guy that didn't know anything and was in my home for about an hour. He stated he will have to make an appointment and come back. Well another Tech came out and fixed the issue within 1 hour. This was supposed to be covered under my HSA but instead they sent me an invoice for $204.00 billing me for 2 hours and the tech wasn't at my home for about 45 minutes to an hour.. If you value honest companies do not use them. I am going to report them to the better business bureau... The person i spoke to was Sarah a real piece of work, not willing to send an invoice to my HSA for payment NOW i;m stuck paying this padded bill.

I had them run a new 50a outdoor breaker for my hotub and upgrade an existing 100a panel to 200a. Very prompt and professional. Finished the job without a punch list.
