They were all booked up for days, but they reached out to their technicians to see if anyone would be able to fit us in last minute and DJ was available. He was here within an hour and got to work solving our issue right away. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the company and DJ going above and beyond to fit us in last minute during a time that all service companies are backed up for weeks with work orders. Great place to work a lot a great electricians there that do a lot of great work on these new homes . I am glad that I went to work there i have learned a lot about electric since I went to work there . I really do appreciate them taking the time to teach me and the opportunity . Didn't actually have work done by them but scheduling an estimate and getting the numbers back was very smooth; they were very responsive. I was going to use Huff bc my usual electrician was unavailable but he ended up being able to do the work but I believe I would've been very happy with Huff and actually look forward to being able to use them in the future, should the need arise. Their pricing seems very fair and they are professional.

I've used Van Valer on several occasions. They are always quick, professional, and go that extra mile to listen and resolve the problem the best way for me. I called Van Valer about several electrical problems. They came out right away and gave me several options of when and how to fix the problems. It's extremely important for me to be able to rely on and trust any repairman in my home and with my wallet. I know I can trust Van Valer!

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
