A bit expensive

I have used their service for both my home and business and couldn’t be happier. The owner is professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for the most complex electrical work. I have the owners name and number in my iPhone under the title “great electrician”.

The team from Gleam Lighting was great. Very professional.....they explained everything that they would be doing as part of the installation and were very respectful of my patio and gardens. I would highly recommend them.

Farrar has integrity in their work.
I hired a contractor to do a kitchen remodel who subcontracted the electrical to Farrar but never paid them.
Even though they didn't get paid for the job, they still stand behind their work and provide a warranty. They came back and corrected an issue at no charge to me. The employees who came to my house were professional and clean.

Verbally received an appointment set time but no one called and or showed up. I have not heard anything. This is not how I do business; especially, with a first time customer. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone. I should have read the reviews before reaching out to them but I was referred by someone which they had poor experience too.

They terminated stress cones incorrectly on my job and cost us tens of thousands in rework. Hacks.

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!

I would not use this company. I failed inspection due to improper grounding and very unsafe wiring practices.
