John Moore was completely professional from the technician who came out to review the issue, educate us on what needed to be done and why, to the plumbers who came and did the work quickly and carefully, to the office setting up the inspection, and to the renovation team who came in and repaired the sheet rock, which was cut into as minimally as possible. They stayed on top of the project the entire way through.
