A1 Plus Electrical Electrician
Nicholas was the repairman who came out to my home and checked the appliance and electrical system. Found no problems with electrical and referred back to primary company. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and I was truly impressed with his expertise. I would definitely consider calling him out again at any time of the day or night. Deserves a big raise and gets a 5 star rating. The company, as well, handled the call efficiently and swiftly. Thank you A1 Plus electrical for a job well done. Donna

House of Power Electric Electrician
We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
