Randy came out to replace a broken toilet with one I had already purchased and he was wonderful. He was respectful, kind, knowledgeable, thorough and kept me informed of all my options as well as the condition of my pipes and toilet. He went above and beyond fixing issues other plumbers had caused in the past. My new toilet looks much better than the old one because of proper installation. It was a great experience.

I am 100% satisfied with John Moore service. I had installation of a hot water heater and a roof leak repair. All the guys that helped with both of these services were fantastic. The guys that installed the hot water heater were very professional, courteous, honest and extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would definitely say the same thing the man that repaired the roof leaks. And they let you know about every step they are taking. When their work is done there is no mess whatsoever.
