Holiday surcharge but of course … I would charge one if I had to work on Christmas! Service was prompt, Jeremiah was very pleasant and friendly (even in the cold on Christmas morning!) and got me fixed up quickly. I have used Abacus before and found their service to be consistently prompt, professional and reasonably priced. And they made my Christmas a lot more pleasant now that I can take a shower.
