Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt. Called in this morning, asked when the next available appointment was, after being put on hold for about 5 minutes, receptionist came back on the phone and asked for name and phone number so give to the service manager. I advised her that all i was asking for was if the company had same day availability, she puts me back on hold for 7 minutes and then decides to come back and tell me, Oh sorry, no.Really?Customer service is the #1 priority of you are a SERVICE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
