Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

If you take that hands-on test, you best ask them to pay you. That test is literally half a day of work. Then they tell you, they don’t really have any work, just having people take the test for future work. Don’t waste your time.

My first indication that the ratings on this company were obviously written in-house was when I was told that in order to get an estimate I would have to pay $110 for the first hour and $75 for each hour thereafter. Mind you, their webpage states free estimates. The caller stated they would charge me this fee to complete the estimate and begin the work, but I am merely at the estimate stage. What about the supplies that would still need to be gathered before the work can begin and without them going out how do I even know if their estimate will be fair. I don't tend to hire someone on the spot without doing due diligence and crosschecking a couple of different estimates. At first I thought they meant that is what they charged once the work began but Ron made it a point to reiterate that was the charge just to get someone out there and get started with the estimate. No way. This company is underhanded and not very honest with practices like these.

This business is extremely professional, timely, attentive, and extremely caring. They offer great customer service, great pricing, and immeasurable knowledge. The guys that worked on the electrical assessment and installation (in ground, involving massive amounts of excavation) at my home were amazing! OUTSTANDING. Sums it up. Our manufacturing plant was dead in the water. I spoke with Mark and he pulled a technician off of another job and sent him over to us. This was the FIRST time I had ever contacted this company. They will be our #1 electrician from now on. WAY TO GO! Customer service the way it should be.
