Best New Building in Houston TX

Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Mr. David Nguyen did a wonderful job for my family! His estimate was fair, not the cheapest. But now we know why he was a little higher than others. Being that it was 10 percent higher was well worth it. His plan for us to remodel our store was a stress relief. His architect was very understanding, did a great on time job. The City of Sugarland approved the plans, it was approved on scheduled. The built out was crazy but Mr. Nguyen made sure that we understood everything and it all came out 100 percent. The store looks beautiful and we are very happy. We give NCE Electrical Builder Contractor LLC, a thumbs up!

I bought a new digital thermostat for my home and felt intimidated about installing it myself. Calling an electrical contractor would not make sense because the job was too small and would be costly. I found T&Z All Services, in Houston, on line and they were pleased to provide the right handyman to do the job. It was very reasonable. I will keep them in mind for other work that might be needed.
