Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

There is a lot of AC repair services in Houston, but there is no a lot of them whit 24 hr service, this people save me from summer few months ago, i really recommend.

*Almost ALL services - I called them in search of someone to make room and install a dishwasher in my kitchen(there are already existing electrical connections but the previous owners decided to remove their dishwasher when they put in new cabinets 2 years ago). They said they do not work on cabinets - which is fine but unfortunate for me since all the reviews are great - but definitely not a one stop shop. Call service person was nice though.

We were able to get service same day and quickly! The staff were totally amazing. Misty was so sweet and helpful on the phone. Our plumber Donnie was fantastic. He was professional and kind. He explained anything he was doing and what he was about to do before he did it. Some things will need to be completed when parts arrive, but I am happy to have the service they provide. He even referred me to a trusted technician to help with my refrigerator. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
