Doug was the technician working at my home. He was very accommodating and helpful through the entire process of replacing the electrical box and doing minor repairs around the house. I would Most definitely recommend this company .

Patriot Electrical services did a remarkable job installing my generator. Once Adam realized my predicament he pulled out all the stops to get my generator installed. After a few phone calls and texts and Adam coordinating with my propane provider he set a date for install. As happy as i was with Adam, his electricians were just as responsive and did an exceptional job on- site getting my generator installed. They were very professional, worked well with the propane installers, and were also very courteous. Best of all they cleaned up the work area completely before they left. They also took time to walk me through the operation of the generator. Big thanks to Pedro, Joseph and Adam for taking ownership of this project and seeing it to completion. Can’t thank you all enough.

Pleasant guy who explained a lot of what was going on and gave a quote to me. I accepted and he went about finishing the work - he was also really good with my 10 month old poodle puppyHowever after all was said and done, there was an error on my invoice (I did not get to see the invoice until after I paid and it was emailed to me). There were two outside outlets that needed to be replaced and I signed a quote thing for them. At the last minute Mike told me he thought there was only one so he did not charge me for the second one. But on the invoice, it showed 2 outlets - then another outlet at the bottom. Sparky's told me it was an 'add on at the last minute' and just mysteriously had the same code as an outdoor bubble outlet. But I had to sign a quote thing for every little thing that was added during the day. I did not sign for any last minute things that were not actually installed. All in all I will never use Sparky's again. Padding invoices is not a good way to keep customers.

Jolt installed a whole house generator for me. I paid for the generator upfront which was ~half of the cost, then the balance after install. Marilu took care of the administrative part dealing w/ permits & CenterPoint Energy. Vladimir handled the install. They both did a great job & made the process as painless as possible. They're also both very friendly & great about addressing any questions or comments I had.
