Best Interior / Exterior Light in Houston TX

Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. Tim came out on time, even a little early. He was polite, knew what he was doing and did the job in less time than estimated. He installed a microwave over the stove and had to remove some custom cabinets to do so. It looks great, cost was VERY reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. They have someone who actually answers the phone (unlike many handymen services.) and is helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied and happy with the work.
