I had a new socket and light switch put, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The electrician arrived quickly, and his rate was lower than average.

I had an antique chandelier not lighting up on one side. Ryan & Albert took great care in lowering it from 16ft up, checking every piece or connector. A painstakingly slow task and ultimately determined it was an easier fix than first thought. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. Ryan always explains the issue and solutions. All the WHE men seem to do a great job for us every time!

Scheduled an appointment for them to come out to fix a plumbing leak I had. I think it was 3-4 days out. Was home to meet their technician. Just at the end of their window (which was toward the end of their work day) they called and said that they were short on people and just couldn't make it. I said that was fine and I understand that sometimes things just don't work out that well. Rescheduled for another day just a couple of days away. Got out of work early again to make sure I was home to meet the technician. No show, no call. Called them the next day and asked them what happened and got a story about how it was scheduled but somehow just got missed. Asked me if I wanted to schedule again for another time in the future. I declined and just got another local company to have a look. I would have just left it there but, I just got a letter from them in the mail and it said, We regret that your immediate plans did not include allowing our team of licensed plumbing, air conditioning and electrical professionals to be of service to you. YOU no-showed on ME...TWICE and when I had left work early to meet you. They might do good work, I wouldn't know. I'm sure they show for their appointments most of the time. Just didn't for me and then had the nerve to send me a letter that made it sound like I didn't take off work to be home for their scheduling.

Rene was so helpful and was able to fix my ac in a matter of minutes! Even gave us advice on steps to take to prevent it from happening again!
