This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I bought a new digital thermostat for my home and felt intimidated about installing it myself. Calling an electrical contractor would not make sense because the job was too small and would be costly. I found T&Z All Services, in Houston, on line and they were pleased to provide the right handyman to do the job. It was very reasonable. I will keep them in mind for other work that might be needed.

We had Mr Sparky recommended by two different people when we needed help repairing electrical work from the previous owners' kitchen renovation. They were so prompt, professional and skilled. The price was half what we were quoted by another electrician. They identified another potentially dangerous issue that we were unaware of and repaired it at our request. Nina and Lee were just so nice and so obviously experienced at their work. The communication from the headquarters made it easy to get our project done. They have my highest recommendation.Today is February 21, 2020 and Daniel from Mr Sparky just finished correcting a bunch of electrical issues found on the pre-buy inspection of my new home. He was extremely thorough and attentive to detail, explaibefy options clearly, and made sure I understood what was really important to do immediately and what would probably need attention down the road. I love hiring Mr Sparky because they are there on time, they're thoroughly professional, and the pricing is transparent. I have complete confidence in the work and the cost.
