My family and I woke up this morning to a house with only partial power working. After getting our power company to come check it out, we were informed that we needed to get an electrician out as there was no problem with our power and rather a problem with the breaker box. While I appreciated that we were promised a technician out on the same day due to our AC being out and it being the middle of summer in Texas, that is where our satisfaction ended.After further investigating the breakers and looking into what was happening inside our house, we quickly found it to be the main breaker that was the problem. When our technician showed up, he too, right away agreed that it was the main breaker that needed to be replaced. We were quoted close to $1300 to change out the main breaker and seal the box up since it was located outside and had some weathering to it. He said only changing the breaker would run about $950.We actually have a home warranty for our home, but were desperate to get someone out and get the electrical fixed so we could get our AC back on and cooling since we had children in the home. Right away we thought this to be too much, as you can buy the breaker new for $145. We paid the $59 service call fee and sent the technician on his way.Once he left we called a second local electrician and he was to our home in less than an hour. 20 minutes and $350 later, we had a fixed main breaker and power (AND AC) again! The prices of Mister Sparky were not only not competitive, they were downright robbery. Doing business like this will not result in return customers. You can have same day service, and a friendly voice on the phone all day long, but the prices were outrageous and not justified.We were quoted $4000 to completely replace the whole breaker box, and $2200 by our second opinion. I feel for the individuals that are desperate or don't have the resources or time to look into other companies or gather a second opinion. That's a high price to pay if you have no idea on how electrical works and are putting your trust in your technician. It's just wrong.

Very professional service. A different service wanted to charge me for a full replacement of an entire doorbell system . Allsource Electric found a wire that had come off of the doorbell transformer and were able to save me a lot of money by not having to replace a perfectly good doorbell transformer and doorbell chime. I appreciate this type of honesty and integrity. I will use them for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Mr. David Nguyen did a wonderful job for my family! His estimate was fair, not the cheapest. But now we know why he was a little higher than others. Being that it was 10 percent higher was well worth it. His plan for us to remodel our store was a stress relief. His architect was very understanding, did a great on time job. The City of Sugarland approved the plans, it was approved on scheduled. The built out was crazy but Mr. Nguyen made sure that we understood everything and it all came out 100 percent. The store looks beautiful and we are very happy. We give NCE Electrical Builder Contractor LLC, a thumbs up!

Robert P is fantastic! I love a good honest company that doesn't try to up sale. I'm a new homeowner that took on some repairs. Robert came in and did what was needed to keep my house functional and safe. He also wrote me up a nice wish list for things needed in the near future.
