Sebastian explained that our home was not able to provide enough gas for a tankless water heater. He then gave us a quote for a larger standard water heater that I accepted. He showed up on time, make sure I understood everything, and then even followed up with a phone call. I look forward to working with a company that has employees like him.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. My money was well spent!
