Jeremy first off was right on time. He came in and immediately asked what the problem was. He then proceeded to work on the problem we were experiencing. After carefully going through the process to see exactly where the issue was. He carefully explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us pricing right up front. He then explained that if he in the process of making the repairs ran into any other issues that would change the pricing he originally gave us.
