I had very good service from Mr. Sparky. I had gone to Home Advisor and someone called me within a minute! The service technician, Sean, was very professional, nice and courteous. He thoroughly explained certain things that should be updated but didn't pressure me by insisting that anything was an emergency. He did a great job on the repair I called about. In my opinion, the charges were pricey, but I feel confident that the work was done correctly.

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
