I asked them to come in the afternoon and they did just that. My tech was very patient and clear in explaining the issues I had without being condescending. He was quick, efficient and respectful of my home by wearing booties and picking up after himself. I will use this service again.

Steve was right on time and his work was flawless. The Mr. Sparky team are very professional and they get the job right the first time, every time. I plan to use them again and again in the future.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
