A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Very professional service. A different service wanted to charge me for a full replacement of an entire doorbell system . Allsource Electric found a wire that had come off of the doorbell transformer and were able to save me a lot of money by not having to replace a perfectly good doorbell transformer and doorbell chime. I appreciate this type of honesty and integrity. I will use them for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.
