Best Drain Repair in Houston TX

Tom came out same day to replace the shut off valves for the washing machine connection. I had new appliances delivered that morning and the installers pointed out corrosion on the valves and recommended replacement. Was great to have Tom show up within 2 hours of me placing my call to replace the valves and get my new machine connected.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Last month I needed to repair my water heater urgently, Turbo kindly came to my house and fixed it in 1 day. Recommended.

Please beware of this company!!! My mom called John Moore because her Air Conditioner stop cooling on 8/3/2022. Guy showed up and called me and told me my mom A/C unit was done. Said motor was burnt out and it had a Freon leak. Said needed a new unit at $14,000. I remind you my mom is in her 70's , I told him I would get some quotes before moving forward even though he insisted on getting it done. Called out a Family friend and it ended up being the shut off valve in the attic , pan was clogged . Unclogged pan and everything was working fine . So please do use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!Tech name was Tyler Rolirad
