Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This place is a scam. The testing assessment is a joke the instructor , she doesn't know a thing about electricity or electrical work A waste of your time. They never called back. Had to call them.They tell you to be on time they're a half hour to 45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. The company needs a new H.R staff.

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

He explained everything he was doing to me, and showed me every part that needed to be repaired before he fixed it. Kind and friendly, he suggested honest and simple repairs instead of charging me extra for doing procedures that would take more time and money. Excellent electrician and great human being all around. Highly recommend Devon! The scheduling department was also cordial, responsive and professional as well. Great company to deal with!
