They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Beware of these people. They will seem as a nicely run family business, who are kind, courteous and honest. That’s where I made my mistake in trusting them. They will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you by bad business practice and dishonest dealings. They will do this all while smiling and lying to your face in the process. They put up a good front, so that they are able to deceive and manipulate people into situations where they can be taken advantage of. Steer as far away from this company if you are looking for honest dealings.

With a call, Max Bolen sent an electrician to install four ceiling fans. Extremely professional and quick, and for $300 less than a quote for a bigger electric company. Their number is stored in my phone for the next time we need an electrician!

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
