Larry performed a repair on the can lights in my kitchen. I'm glad he did because apparently the wires were loose and burning! He and Damien were very courteous and communicative. I appreciated little touches like asking if he could sweep up the little bit of drywall dust off my floor. Yes the fixed price of two hours plus trip charge may seem steep, but worth it for peace of mind/not having my house burn down and for supporting local businesses.

Mid-West also has delivered quickly and precise on scheduling and project management. I expected a few dates to slip but they have had success delivering on time and working through the permits process and utility process correctly.

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

JC installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen, replaced a bathroom ceiling heater/light/exhaust, and corrected a wiring problem in the attic. Professional and friendly at a reasonable price.

Dempsey Electric has been my savior! Over three visits one of their electricians, Manuel, has fixed a ton of work that an electrician I previously hired had completely incorrectly. Not only did this amazing human fix issues that could have caused an electrical fire in my home, but he showed me what to look for in the future.On top of the excellent work, Manuel constantly checked in with me regarding the cost of the project. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN.
