They respected our home, ensuring they wore shoe covers when entering my home. Furthermore, they listened to my concerns throughout the process and took the time to address them rather than being dismissive, unlike other companies I have worked with in the past. We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.
